Behind every empowered girl is a network of women. In Warsaw, Vital Voices Poland mentors through its “I am a Leader” program, our Education story. Young women join a transformative week to reshape how they see themselves and how the world sees them. We follow 21 girls from embassies to village halls, gaining confidence and commitments to lead. As these young leaders find their voices, they create something even more powerful—a sisterhood uplifting entire communities.
"We believe in the power of mentoring, networking, supporting each other, and the mutual exchange of cross-cultural experiences. We want to influence and increase women's participation in social, economic and political life in Poland.
That's why we created the Vital Voices Poland Club to educate and reinvest in our community and beyond."

From the Vital Voices Polska website: "Vital Voices Poland Chapter represents the international organization Vital Voices Global Partnership, founded by Hillary Clinton and Madeleine Albright in 1997. The First Lady of America and the former Secretary of State wanted to support women in the name of the principle that ‘human rights are women’s rights and women’s rights are human rights.’
Vital Voices Polska fulfills this mission by organizing meetings of women who want to achieve more (Mentees) with people who have already achieved a lot and share their experience (Mentors)."
